Lining things up, OCD, etc. much worse

My three year old has been on valtrex for about 2 - 3 weeks. We've

also been giving an antifungal. He has gotten SOOOOOO much worse with

lining things up, being more repetitive, OCD, etc. Is this normal?

He also has the HHV6 virus dormant in his system. He got a fever

blisters on/in his mouth the first week. Any advice?
