Hi Dgrs,

Dr Jeff Sutherland, a renowned Rife expert and healer of great reputation

has advised that scalar octaves work just as good as the original

frequencies.

I would image they would be used to convert Dr Rife's MOR's and Hulda s

MOR's down into the audio spectrum for use with plasma transmitters that

have limits on their upper frequencies.

I haven't had the opportunity to use them yet, but would be interested to

hear from anyone who had?

I had a look at the chart. Can anyone advise what formula was used to

create the scalar octaves?

BTW the term " scalar " has a scientific meaning which doesn't relate

to a scale of frequencies, which I suspect was Dr. e's intended
