I will do abs on cardio days and hit them 3 times per week, using another ab program. The nutrition will be BFL by the BOOK (should make some people smile..hehehe). If I need to change lifting programs I will opt for thr Leanness Life style approach. Since this is NOT an OFFICIAL challenge, my supplementation will be a bit different. I will be using Creatine, MRP's Bars, Glutamine, T2 (by Biotest) Stacker 2, Multi Vitamin, Vitamin C & E, Whey protein. Then 4 weeks in I will add Anilmal cuts, stak and methoxystak by Universal. Here is how my BFL Lifting looks.... Upper Body Weeks 1-4 DB Bench Press/ DB Flyes, DB Shoulder Press/ DB Side Raises, Seated Rows/Wide Grip Pulldown, Tri Pushdown/skull chrushers, Wide Gip EZ-bar Curls/Concentration Curls Lower Body Weeks 1-4 Leg Press/Leg Exyension, Seated Leg curls/deadleft, Seated Calf/Donkey Calf Thats my first 4 weeks...have weeks 5 thru 12 covered also if I need them.
