Guest guest Posted December 30, 2001 Report Share Posted December 30, 2001 wow while I am not officially starting my challenge until jan 13 due to extensive travel, I did the upper and lower body workouts this weekend. wow , this program kicks butt. i was gassed at the end of both workouts and I am sore as can be today. One question. Do you all alternate the order you do the excercises? I did chest, then back etc..biceps last. I found myself losing some steam for biceps. Is it ok to do biceps first or second and switch around every few workouts? I don't want to cheat the muscle groups I do last. I guess I also need to work on intensity level. I found it really tough on the last excersises to keep the intensity up. Have a great new years. Looking forward to starting my plan.
