Dear Dr. Strange, Rife researchers,

Many electrotherapy product manufacturers claims are often made to promote a

belief in the units

capabilities. Claims are often unsubstantiated or misleading. When time may be

a very important

factor one should not rely on one device as a cure all. Many diseases in which

modern medicine has

not helped open the door for alternative therapies. Alternative therapies can

be helpful in alleviating

pain or helping to improve treatment of many disease conditions., Alternative

therapies can and do

compliment allopathic medicine, nutrition is a very important part. Chemo

therapy is starting to use

concomitant therapies that can improve the outcome of treatment. I am not a

physician and cannot

recommend therapies, only nutritional programs that my wife (nutritionist) knows

to be helpful.

Being an electronic engineer designing and repairing electronics for the last 35

years has helped me

in designing the Rife/Bare devices. Over the last 11 years I have followed and

improve designs in

modulated carrier frequency devices. We now are the only manufacturer to use

generators that can

pass up to 500HZ through Motorola design amplifiers exceeding 3000 watts to a

proprietary

UVC helium plasma tube allowing maximum penetration and resonant induction of

energy. This

allows fundamental frequencies and close resonant harmonics to be used in

devitalizing. The

frequencies used today are mostly anecdotal, and from Rife's original

research. Technical

mathematical resonant frequencies need to be studied in the biological areas of

disease treatment.

There is a lot of work to be done and researched, my specialty is electronics

and this I stick

with. Using the higher fundamental frequencies and enough power to have effects

is of primary

importance. Using fundamental frequencies takes a lot of investigational work

and electronic

expertise. Hopefully, as time permits, things will advance in finding precise

frequencies. Using valid

research and verification in what one does is important and necessary so this is

the direction I take.
