1st Challenge Lifting Question

I was reading the book (for the 5th time) and various magazines this

week. I noticed that in the body for life program you do your WHOLE

upper body in one workout, yet in the magazines they have plit

routine (chest/bi's etc.). My question is, can you do another routine

withe the body for life nutrition? I think that I would benefit more

from spilting things up.
