Has anyone read the 16 page " ad " from EAS in the Feb. issue of Muscle

and Fitness? The macronutrients are broken down to 45/33/22 on non

lifting days. Lifting days, it's 47/34/19 and the post workout meal

is 46/61/23. Just a little different from 40/40/20 that BFL

is " based " upon. Might help some people blast through a plateau.
