Hi girls!

I have a quick question for ya...I've read alot how people notice major

results around week 6 of the program, and I was wondering...do you notice

that results are overall evenly over the whole body or just in certain

sections? I've noticed that my upper body is getting amazing results(*I'm

finally seeing muscle in biceps/back, some stomach, etc.) but no results on

lower body (butt/thighs/hips), though I tend to have the J'Lo body anyway

(big butt and all! :) ........did you find lower body results came way

later? It seems that this weight loss thing travels from the head south!
