I have a quick question for ya...I've read alot how people notice major results around week 6 of the program, and I was wondering...do you notice that results are overall evenly over the whole body or just in certain sections? I've noticed that my upper body is getting amazing results(*I'm finally seeing muscle in biceps/back, some stomach, etc.) but no results on lower body (butt/thighs/hips), though I tend to have the J'Lo body anyway (big butt and all! ........did you find lower body results came way later? It seems that this weight loss thing travels from the head south! hehe! thanks! Just wanted to know if it's just me or if it's the norm..
