nch tone generator versus frex16

Hi,

Will the Frex16 software do the same thing as the nch tone generator? I've

been using the frex16 software from healme.com.au the shareware version. Or

is the tone generator better? How do I know what frequencies to enter?

Also, when I used the general healing and regeneration and the relaxation

programs provided by frex16, one of the frequencies kind of made by body

feel kind of tingly or different inside. Is that normal? Is that bad?

Also with frex16, I don't think that each frequency set lasted five minutes.

Should this be changed?
