Guest guest
Just a thought...Don't Europeans rest after lunch...maybe it is this overworked country?natasa778 wrote: I sometimes get that myself, especially if I have PASTA or white breadfor lunch, and it is the same with gluten free ones. Myboy tests extremely low in omega 6's and I was advised to give him nutsthrough the day to work his fats. This seems to help with his focus andattention issues at the 3 pm low point and perks him up somewhat but notcompletely.>> Perhaps it might help your boy too? Guest guest
Only in some parts of Europe For me it really depends on WHAT I've had for lunch, most foods don't create any problems. Guest guest
Many Western European(Italy, Spain, France) countries eat their biggest meal of the day for lunch and then take a few hours after that before retuning to work(in general). They do often work later than our schedule. Their eveing meals are generally later than ours and lighter meals.
