Valtrex and Nizoral Dose for 70 lb child? PLEASE HELP.

I keep reading the " Comprehensive Antiviral Approach " article, but

some things are not clear to me.

70 lb child

1. What dose Valtrex to start?

2. When to up the dose?

3. When to add in the Nizoral?

4. What dose to start with?

5. When to increase

6. When to add in Candex?

7. What dose to use?

The last time I went thru this was with Chelation, which turned out to

be wonderful!

Also, if anyone reading this knows what Step 3 is in the Comprehensive

Antiviral Approach article, can you please tell me.

It would be nice to know if the missing step 3 is just a typo. I

thought that Stan said he monitor's this list? He (nor anyone

else)responded to my initial question on this a few weeks ago.
