Guest guest
....who has hyperactivity, impulsivity & aggression....His urinary organic acid test says his methlymalonate levels are okay. Can I try the nasal spray on him anyway and see what happens? What will happen if he doesn't need it? Any comments?
Guest guest
Our DAN! doctor ordered a test from Genova Diagnostics for my son. I think it was called a metabolic analysis profile (?) Anyway, the last page of the feedback had a scale from 1-10 that addressed his need for MB12 therapy, folic acid, antifungals, antibiotics, pretty much everything that I know about. My son has a high need for antibiotics (Clostridia), MB12, folic acid, glutathione. I thought it was a great summary of the labwork. I don't know if you work with a DAN! or not, but it would let you know for certain before if he needs MB12 before you start it. I actually have the same thought about my younger son. not diagnosed with autism, but shows some signs. I'm sure he would benefit from some of the therapies that i " m doing with my older son. I will tell you, however, that our insurance did not cover it (I'm going to try to appeal that decision), but it cost about $270.00 Hope this helps!
