I am not talking about High Points when I ask which way I should go.

I am asking if I should BEAT myself up in one workout with the bi's

tri's, and shoulders wimping out due to doing chest and back prior.

OR do I work 2 to 3 muscle groups per workout.

At least if you are going to insult me do so with the full

understanding of the human body. I can read and have read the book.

My question is based on the upper body workout due to the number of

sets and exercises. If you are to truly simulate each mucsle group

you need to make sure that during muscle recuitment that you get the

most out of it. If you do chest there is some tri involvement, back

some bi involvement,. So now when you hit those parts you are not

firing on all cylinders. Thats why I was looking at a split routine.

Not saying the book is wrong OK...just saying I wondered why you

would do a full upper body workout that way.

Tell you what! I tend to like competition, so I will ask when you are

going to start your challenge. Now I will go by the book and head to

head with you! A small wager perhaps...nothing that will kill ya. I

will give it a whirl.
