My son was doing so well 10 months ago that we took him off GFCF...we had no changes for months...until he got sick and then his focus was waning and he developed a repetetive game that was a stim. He said it made his tummy feel better and even asked if he could be alone and do it in his room. We are back on GFCF for one month and his swollen gut has deflated and I can even see some definition in it, focus is back and he hasn't been doing repetetive game. I made a big mistake putting him on a typical diet...alot of family pressure.

I know only to well the family pressure. When we first started in 2004 my husband said I was going to kill our daughter. So many supplements to swallow. She's thriving very well. but a lot of families don't have the support they should have . Maybe that is why we lurk on these groups to give each other support and say Never Give Up. You saw first hand what happened. The experiment is over it's time for everyone to come on board and give you a helping hand. I will pray that attitudes will change. In the meantime we will cheer each other on. God bless you and be with you and lead and guide you.
