ok ok Ms. 140 and 130...is that with the single pulley or double pulley???

(double pulley has pulley attached to the weight stack, and travels up with it)

1000 lbs of weight, or actual force? On the 45 deg sled that'd be just over 15

plates on each side, on the Cybex parabolic press, that's 11 plates on each

side, pressed to a height corrosponding with a 34 " inseam and big butt. (folk

with shorter legs gotta do 13 per side)

I'm only getting a few reps with that, but it has helped me break through the

8plate plateau on the regular press, and I'm doing multiple sets of 8-10 with

405 on squat again, woooohooooo!!!

'course you follow that with sets of 25 on the leg press and it's hurl time...
