On the 45 deg sled that'd be just over 15 plates on each side, on the Cybex parabolic press, that's 11 plates on each side, pressed to a height corrosponding with a 34 " inseam and big butt. (folk with shorter legs gotta do 13 per side) I'm only getting a few reps with that, but it has helped me break through the 8plate plateau on the regular press, and I'm doing multiple sets of 8-10 with 405 on squat again, woooohooooo!!!
