Guest guest
What do I do when or if I become bored with the proram (lifting) after week 4?? I will have lost 4 weeks. I am not saying it won't work, but you need to look at it's structure (i.e., all upper body at once). In your last exercises you will have less " gas " than if you worked 2 muscle groups per workout on a rotational basis.
Guest guest
My DH and I did BFL for a year. We never got bored. We changed the exercises every 4 weeks and we changed our cardio from bikes, to treadmills, to ellipticals, stepmills, etc. You will never have lost a 4 week time frame. If you are in the gym, hitting those 10's, then you are achieving something. I'm a long time gym rat. I really wish BFL had been around when I was in college and competing. I've got more muscle definition and I'm a heck of a lot stronger now than I was when I was in the gym 2 hours a day. I was very skeptical of BFL when I started. It sure was not like anything I'd ever done before. It took completing a 12 week challenge before I was convinced. Pictures didn't lie, neither did the hydro body fat testing. Follow the program to the T for the first 12 weeks. I know you'll be surprised. After that, tweak if you want. Haven't you asked this question on other BFL lists? Guest guest
I really am trying to do my first challenge after 2 years off due to surgurey. If for some reason my presence here bothers you, please tell me. I don't know a damn thing about IP addresses. What I do know is I need to get my body back. So I would kindly ask that if I am not bothering you, then there should be no reason for you to cast shadows on me. I will not ask you a think if you wish. Just be fair...all I want is knowledge and support to complete this challenge, nothing more, nothing less. Thank you
Guest guest
I hate to be blunt, but it sounds to me like you just aren't committed to make it work. You haven't even started and you are already making excuses as to why it won't work for you. Andyman > What do I do when or if I become bored with the proram (lifting) > after week 4??
