Hi, I'm not new to biomed, but very new to the B12 thing, what do I expect to see after the suppository? Is there a discharge? Does it freak the kids out? What is Xlear?? I will try to do it when they are alseep,,, are you sure they never wake up? How old are your kids???

I have 2 ideas: 1. Bribery 2. Force (more or less just telling her

that's how it's gonna be and life will be " stark " until she submits.)

It just doesn't ever get easy, does it???

Can you do it while she is sleeping? I give my kids their B12 shots and their EDTA suppositories after they are sound asleep w/no problems. I also spray my son's nose w/Xlear when necessary when he is asleep.

Sebbie is the same. i use force and then tell him we have two ways, nice way or hard way. Also I show him his brothers taking medicine,. I have found since we fine tuned his diet no potatos, no sugar, no apples, no pears he has been not so sensory chanllenged as before. I hope that helps.

How to get an oppositional child to take the nasal spray

Can anyone give me some ideas as to how to administer this to my 11 year old girl with ADHD? She could use this, as her methylmalonate marker (urinary organic acid tes) shows she would benefit, but she won't voluntarily take it.... any ideas? please!

I think my post may have confused you. I was just giving you examples of different things I am able to give to my children when they are sleeping.

I give:

- Methyl B12 injections

- EDTA suppositories (chelation)

- some transdermal creams (glutathion, magnesium sulfate)

- Xlear nasal spray (an antibacterial spray when they are sick)

My kids are 4 and 6. No, they don't wake up. One flinches a little for the shot but that's it.

Hope this helps.

Hold her down and spray it in her nose.
