You need to do the exercises in the order that the book tells you.... biceps

then triceps last. You don't want you burn out your bis and tris before you

hit the larger muscles and are unable to move the weight necessary to

exhaust those muscles. Trust me on this one! I've made the same mistake.

Remember, a 10 is a ten. You're doing alot of work with your bis and tris

while working your chest and back... basically you're pre-exhausting those

muscles. If you're working to failure on your last set, you've hit a 10.
