Guest guest
We live in the Sacramento area and travel to Pleasanton for IV glutathione with Dr. Mielke. Her staff is great with . But a 4 hour round trip drive is not so easy, so I have been looking for someone in Sacramento. I talked to a Dr. Kwiker in Sacramento, and he said he does them in his office. His office number is: 916- 489-4400. We haven't seen him yet, but I will be looking into his practice after the holidays. But if you are in the Bay Area, I would definetly recommend Dr. Mielke. Guest guest
We see Dr. Meilke in Pleasanton. http://developmentalspectrums.com/ He initialy responded very well to IV glutathione. He even said a few words, and since he is non-verbal, that was huge. But it looks like he may be having a yeast flare up right now, so I am putting off the IV's for a few weeks while we tackle that. If you are in Sacramento, you may want to check out our local biomed group: sac-autism-biomed. I moderate that list, and organize get togethers with other parents to discuss issues. There are some awesome parents in Sacramento! Sylvia > > thank you sylvia. who is your dan! doctor? I am in sacramento. Guest guest
Sylvia please take a look at sulphur issues. It seems to me from what I have been reading and researching that the non-verbal kids have a lot of underlying infections that can masquerade as yeast. You don't see these infections because they are hiding in a sea of sulphur if you will. You may want to get in touch with a classical homeopath to determine your son's exact remedy. Then careful case management would be required to treat the acute infections as they come up. I think Luc Schepper would be the one who would be able to do this well. He is in the LA area and requires a first visit in person after which phone consults would work. He seems to be extremely organized from the look of his website and the contact information form that they sent out. www.drluc.com Even beyond the identification of the remedy careful case management is imperative to treat the child and get him to recovery. Only a good well qualified and trusted homeopath would be able to do this well. Gayatri > > > > thank you sylvia. who is your dan! doctor? I am in sacramento. Guest guest
-Let me just say one thing, Last night i was listening to autism one radio in which AMY YASKO, who is great at addressing sulfur issues, talked a lot about the nonverbal kids do have commonalities with sulfur, and they need adequate levels of serration and dopamine for language, their pathways might be blocked, for their brains to do this proper function, i was specifically listening to part 2 of the show, and she also mentioned (BH4), or from what i heard could have been (TH4)Tetra Hydra Bi actor, they need this to have the speech and language, you can buy it overseas, and dose in very small amounts, or get it from royal jelly, assuming that they jelly will be allergen free. please do listen to this show before you try this chelation, you probably have done the metals test from doctor's data & Labbio lab in France, if not, i would do both, before i do this I.V., or Valtrex I don't know if you have tried, the antiviral, is also likely to pull metals too. good luck- mattea > > >
Guest guest
Homeopathy is one area I have not yet explored, but I am definetly interested. A friend here is Sacramento has recommended a local homeopath I may visit. I have also read a little about Luc Schepper and am interested. We go to the Los Angles area quite often for vacation, so we could easily make the drive. I will check it out. Thanks for the recommendation, Sylvia > > > > > > thank you sylvia. who is your dan! doctor? I am in sacramento. Guest guest
I had just started my youngest son ( the one who is non-verbal ) on BH4 this past summer. But we moved to a new house soon after we started, and I lost the tablets in the move! Yikes, that was an over $200 mistake! I am going to order some more soon. Thanks!
