I don't think that I even ate protein back then. Gee, I wonder why I couldn't lose weight??? Here's an example (actually 5 days before I started challenge 1) 8/1/01 Breakfast: cereal bar - SOBE Elixir Lunch: Yogurt - Banana - Applesauce Dinner: Chicken Stir Fry Snack: Low-Fat Ice Cream 1/2 liter of water the whole day THANK GOD FOR BFL!!!
