Guest guest Posted December 14, 2001 Report Share Posted December 14, 2001 Ugh, I've been cleaning out drawers and came across my new year's journal. Sad thing is every year the goals were the same. I could have actually put ditto after each year. I've got a collection of self help books with the same message about making goals, blah, blah--but never set them correctly, or stuck to it. But it took the BFL book to get at least one aspect (fitness) of my goals in order and accomplish those goals in 12 weeks. Not only that, but after finishing my first challenge I incorporated other non-fitness goals into my list, and I am living them.
