You're taking the week off and still going to the gym? Gluton for

punishment. LOL

Won't be long before you are doing the whole stack. I'm going to

conquer that whole stack soon!

How's the contest prep going?

Damn straight girl. I went easy today.. heart wasn't in it. I read an

article about making gains (NON BFL Here folks) and they were talking about

hitting one body part hard every day for one week, then backing off of it a

week then working it back into your program. I decided to do shoulders on

my week off and moderate cardio (easy to talk myself out of it)... I want

those big shapely basketball shoulders. LOL!

we have a couple cable machines and one has 300# stacks and one has 200#

stacks. I can seriously picture myself kicking that 200# stack. (gotta keep

the guys at the gym on their toes.. they don't like it when a chick lifts

more than them. rofl).

Speaking of which.. I was hitting it HARD yesterday ... I was doing side

raises (can't think of what you call it when you hang on to something and

lean out to get an even harder workout).. anyway, the ONE guy at the gym

that truely impresses me was there (that and he's gorgeous.. looks like an

ex bf). I was watching myself in the mirror checking my form, and look at

him between reps and he's straining his neck to see what the hell I'm doing.

rofl. I grunt louder than the guys now... I no longer care! (aren't ya

proud brett!).

So far has been pretty decent. This is week off.. the last until this is

done and over with. I'm starting Jan 1 with a new challenge (should have

started 12-31 but wanted to actually enter the 2002 challenge). I won't

have a free week/day (food) until my birthday in JUNE!!!

Should of known you were a Gemini!!! I am too...no wonder we locked

horns.

Heres a tid-bit for you. Try a holistic set 1 every 4 weeks. For

example QUADS-Leg Extentions 6 reps heavy 12 reps medium 24 reps

light...THIS IS ONE SET!!!! It would look something like this !50 @

6, 100 @ 12 50 @ 24. If you don't feel a BURN you're dead! (only

joking)

You want it bad!!! Don't let the carb cravings will get ya! Save it

up for after the competition and gorge on cheese cake and pizza!

It will be! Give a starving man a cracker and it's the best darn

cracker he's ever had. Give a body builder a pizza after weeks of

prep for comps and it's the best pizza you've ever tasted. LOL
