I have a recipe for a gf/cf wrap that I use for bean burittos. It only

takes about 5 minutes to make and I filmed myself cooking it and posted

it on youtube.com and my website. My daughter practically lives on

these. She loves them.

It is a really simple recipe, so I thought it might help people who are

new at this find something for their kids to eat. Hope you enjoy!

thank you so much for your Burrito recipe. I'm having a hard time having my boy eat more foods. He is on the SCD diet and I think this might work. He already like tortillas and beans so this is definately a recipe for him.

The wrap is gf/cf but it has grains so it is not scd, you can make it

with nut flour though.
