Guest guest Posted January 1, 2002 Report Share Posted January 1, 2002 Hi everyone I am about to start the bodyforlife program and have a few questions I am currently trying to decide whether to get my own weights and weightbench or to go to a gym. DO you folks find one better than the other in terms of results? Also I made an abortive attempt to try out the weight training a few days ago. I grossly overestimated my starting weights and took all of my upper body to failure. It has taken me about 4 days to recover and still my muscles are sore - but at least I can type and drive my car now - LOL If there are any other newbies out there let this be a cautionary tale.
