However, he started flapping his hands when excited which is something he never did prior and he is laughing and giggling for no particular reason. Is this normal? Please help. Guest guest
I don't think we were on it long enough but the die-off was so hard on his body, I stopped after 21 days. We definitely had gains--eye contact, receptive language but we really started seeing "real die-off" at the end. His body didn't look right and I didn't feel comfortable continuing. However, the arm flapping continued and actually progressively got worse. It's pretty bad now and I have know idea what the heck happened......if anyone has any insight....Jemy Delikat wrote: Oh my gosh! Did your son make gains on Diflucan? Guest guest
I posted something similar a few days ago, basically complaining that my son showed MORE signs of yeast AFTER starting Diflucan. He started spinning, which he had never done before, and he was more stimmy and out of it than ever. It has gotten better over the past few days, though. It was as though the yeast in his system was dormant and then started reacting to the Diflucan. The giggling/laughing is a yeast symptom. While it is recommended to try therapies for at least 30 days, if you feel very uncomfortable with the effects, I don't blame you for taking your son off it.
