I am going to begin a challenge in about a week. There are a few

supplys I need to purchase before I begin. How do groups work as

opposed to clubs?? I have worked out for awhile and not sure of the

best way to attack the challege? Is this group only for those who do

just Body-for-Life?? Thanks for any help you can give.

Have any of you ever read the Leanness Lifestyle by

Greenwalt??? Sound like a decent program. I am going to look at the

Leanness Lifestyle versus the Body-for-Life program and see which

would be better for me. Any opinions please shoot!

Why don't you start today? What kind of supplies do you need? The

groups are similar to the clubs, but you won't find as much " in

fighting " as in the clubs. The best way to attack the challenge

is " head on " and focused. Write down your goals. Plan your meals

(and that means writing a menu for each day). Keeping track of the

weight you lift, so you can increase them appropriately.

We occassionally discuss other things besides BFL but please label

your message OT. This is a BFL list and therefore the main focus is

BFL.

I have read Greenwalt's book. The nutrition part of it is much

more complicated than BFL. Also, the workouts are different. There

are a lot of decent programs out there. Good luck in choosing one.

The best one for you, is one that you will stick with.
