You'd do better to grind the raw - it then sticks together while it's cooking.

I debone and grind the raw meat. Be forewarned that chicken meat is

stickier than, say, beef and isn't quite as easy to handle. It tends to

fall apart a bit more, so handle gently.

Hello and Suzanne

I did debone and grind, or try to grind. But the little blade on my

grinder couldn't handle the white gristle. I had to give up! Now, to

get that thing sharpened.

Try grinding it semi-frozen.
