Guest guest
We did about 50 sessions in our Dans office with amazing results and then I rented one for a month about a year later with a similar experience. I highly recommend it. On the flip side, I have a friend who did not have as much success, although it was thought that she overdid it, Her son did add some words and is linking now, he is 3.8. Her NP said that her son was not far enough along to do HBOT. We had our son's gut under control and he was on the road to recovery when we started, he was linking about 4 to 5 words at 3.8 years. However, we were sure that my son would be faced with a lifetime of social impairment before HBOT, because he was not reciprical, which was his biggest issue and he wouldn't answer to his name sometimes, which took us years of therepy to get him to do it half the time. He is the class clown now, answers questions always...it was that dramatic for us. His entire personality was hidden within his autism. We did 84 hours at home, which has improved his writting, processing and focus. Perhaps the most dramatic result we had from HBOT during our first dives was that it resolved his poor sleep patterns. He would wake-up 5-9 times every night for 3 years. After 20 sessions, we never had sleep issues again. Be Well, Liz puddens3 wrote: Hi we are considering buying a hbot chamber for our son.. Guest guest
We had great results with mild hbot. Before you buy, I'd recommend renting. It's such a huge investment. Where do you live? If you're in Southern California, contact me off the list for a contact for renting ($3000 for 30 days included set up/break down by the OxyHealth technicians and O2 concentrator, and after renting, if you choose to buy the rental price is taken off the purchase price--a very good deal!). Guest guest
1.4. 84 dives in a month. An hour and a half in the morning and an hour and a half in the evening. Our Dan said to always have 6 hour in between dives and not to do more than two hour dives at a time...like on the weekend...if you miss a half hour here or there.Yuliana Dewi wrote: Hi Liz, You do it with 1.3 or 1.5 ATA? Guest guest
Don't waste your time with mild hyperbaric's go non-hospital owned hyperbaric's clinic and do a minumum of 40 hard chamber dive's....we went to Destin, Fla at the Hyperbaric clinic there ran by Dr.Zant.. there is no comparison between mild and hard dive's. don't waste your money or time go for the real thing...it take's three weeks and he runs through the weekend's right now rates are cheap until Mar 1st. I highly recommend it we saw amazing results that stick with our son. We are going back at the end of the month for forty more dive's, he is four and has said things we never heard him say since the hard chamber. Good luck!
