Ok it's official. I made it 4 weeks. I have before and after pics

and am very pleased, but I will still wait to post all pics untill

the 12 week as this is my motivation right now. From what I can tell

from calculating body fat percentage and lean mass it looks as if I

still need to lose 10 lbs of fat and add as much muscle as possible

during the next 8 weeks.

I am nervouse that this last 10 lbs will be tougher to lose than the

first 8-10lbs of fat. Should I do anything different in the BFL

routine to capitalize on the fat burning? ie more cardio, change

exercises for resistance training and or cardio training.

Thanks for any help,

PS (I am very excited to post my results as you all have been so

helpfull)

I think if you keep on doing what you are doing other than maybe

change your weight routine, you will lose the next 10 lbs of fat.

I know everyone wants to gain muscle, but if you are mainly concerned

with losing fat, you might want to consider losing as much fat as

possible without losing any muscle will also be a success.

For me at least, the fat seems to come off easily and the muscle is

harder to gain.
