Creatine with apple juice or even water works for me.

I am going to try the Cell-Tech Creatine and will let you know if it

makes any difference. The manufacturer makes some big claims.

Very interesting I have thought I had Lactic Acid buildup for a long

time now....I would like to try the creatine but because I had high

levels of serum creatine kinase level shown in my blood tst last

year I was thinking maybe it would make me feel worse. With no

professional guidance sometimes it is so hard to know what to take

for the best although I will try most things and give it my best

shot. BW Dianne
