No surprise to anyone that this " government " agency makes policy and implements

its own laws based on the advice of a board consisting of major pharmaceutical

company representatives.

Gee .. whatever happened to the constitution and only Congress being empowered

to pass laws? Take your personal copy of the Constitution, wipe yourself with

it ... and flush it. Your elected officials already have.
