I occasionally experience this also. I get up, have a

glass of iced tea (I'm not a coffee person), read my

mail and in 15 minutes I " eliminate " so by the time I

get on the treadmill, I don;t have to worry about the

bathroom.

There have been others that I remember on this list mentioning your

very problem. I just read an article today about this. When you are

eliminating at the time you want to, you should force yourself to

stop midstream and then restart.

You can do this same type of exercise when you aren't eliminating by

contracting these muscles up to 10 times in a row. You can do up to

10 reps several times per day. Article said it may take a couple

months to notice any difference.

This is what your Dr. would probably recommend other than Depends.
