Pratick,

I think the raw fat from coconuts that is referring to is in the

*meat* of the coconut (you can juice that too)--there's no fat in the

coconut water inside--but it's great to drink anyway.

You're right... I am referring to the " cream " that comes from juicing the

meat of the coconut, not the coconut " milk " or water.

Garlic and parsley are both good antivirals, cmiiw. Garlic is also

antibiotic and antifungal too; don't know about parsley on those

fronts. How about a nice pesto sauce with garlic, parsley, coconut oil,

basil and lemon? Maybe for lunch on some roast lamb, eh?
