Guest guest Posted November 29, 2001 Report Share Posted November 29, 2001 I guess I have to eat more to gain size, and do cardio three times a week, and do lift weights every other day? I am hoping to gain mass, rather than being skinny like it happened to me during 12 weeks 190lb to 167lb!!!! what is typical example of eating schedule combined with work out schedule? I wake up at 8am, do morning cardio at 9am with empty stomach. I eat break fast at 10am. snack at 12, lunch at 2pm, snack at 5 pm and dinner at 12am since I can not eat anything after 6pm-11pm because of class actitivy that I do every other day including driving time to get there, and back, and no food is allowed in the class. then go to bed about 1am. You can still take 12 am meal since I only counted 5 meals. If you don't want to lose mass, you need to eat.
