size and cardio

I guess I have to eat more to gain size, and do cardio three times

a week, and do lift weights every other day? I am hoping to gain

mass, rather than being skinny like it happened to me during 12

weeks 190lb to 167lb!!!!

what is typical example of eating schedule combined with work

out schedule?

I wake up at 8am, do morning cardio at 9am with empty

stomach. I eat break fast at 10am. snack at 12, lunch at 2pm,

snack at 5 pm and dinner at 12am since I can not eat anything

after 6pm-11pm because of class actitivy that I do every other

day including driving time to get there, and back, and no food is

allowed in the class. then go to bed about 1am.

Do you have any better suggestion how I could change better

schedule?

If you have a break during the class, you might make the next meal

during that break. You can still take 12 am meal since I only

counted 5 meals. If you don't want to lose mass, you need to eat.

if you are looking for mass gains cut out the cardio, cardio is

detrimental to size gains and if following BFL diet you need to eat

alot more, you could try one of those mass gainers, don't know if

they work, don't need help in that department need to loose weight

but want to maintain size. lift heavy. contact me off list this is

more of a tweak and a major break from bfl. don't want to get into

that whole thing again.
