Guest guest Posted December 5, 2001 Report Share Posted December 5, 2001 Hey everyone, I hope this isn't a stupid question, but what if you up your weights and get to about 8 reps on your last set of 12 and just can't push it anymore, do you then drop back down to the lower weight and finish the set or just stop at 8??? My other question is for those who have finished a challenge, during what weeks did you see the most change in your body, or does that depend on each individual??
