Okay, I went ahead and formed the group!

I'd like it to be a place to get meal ideas, share recipes and info

about the safety of different brands (like the recent McCann's

thread), and whatever else is related to eating without gluten and/or

casein while we still try to eat a traditional diet. I'm hoping it

will stay on-topic for the most part because I definitely have enough

emails to read as it is already! <G>

BTW, if anyone wants to help with the homepage description, please

feel free to share your ideas for it - and the HTML code if you know

it, which I don't. :-)
