Good Morning All,

I have been completely buried for a few days with work and personal occasions

and have about 700 emails accumulated at the moment....sorry I haven't been

able to stay up with everyone so well. Anyway...hope everybody is raising

the bar on themselves as I am sure you are! 8-]

Here are my numbers at the end of week 4. I'm not ecstatic but I am happy to

see progress.

Bust - 37/37 - no changes (except it seems to be moving north!)

Waist - 29/28.5 - lost 1/2 in

Abs - 36.25/35 - lost 1 1/4 ins

Hips - 38.5/37.5 - lost 1 in

Thigh - Rt 22/21.5 - lost 1/2 in

- Lf 22/21.5 - lost 1/2 in

Calf - Rt 14.25/14.5 - gained 1/4 in

- Lf 14.5/14.25 - lost 1/4 in (huh?!)

Biceps - Rt 11.75/11.25 - lost 1/2 ins

Lf 12/11.25 - lost 3/4 ins

Weight - 142/138 - lost 4 lbs.

Okay...how is it looking to you vets? Do I seem on track?
