Guest guest
I just bought some Betaine HCl, and I was wondering what type of dosage (in mg, in case capsule content is different than mine) folks are taking per meal, who use it. By the way, Dr. Rind said, at his lecture on adrenal and thyroid dysfunction/correction at the WAPF conference, that usually when HCl is deficient, so are the gastric secretions that protect the stomach lining from HCl. So, it is important for most people when supplementing with HCl to also supplement with products that help boost the body's secretion of these substances. I don't have my notes on me, so don't recall all of the substances he suggested, but one was slippery elm. Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the truth, and for those who do them wrong.
