week 19 of 24? Stopping treatment

I have had enough.    My bloodwork has come back the lowest it has ever been during treatment.   I now have severe anemia and a staph infection in my ear that I cannot get rid of.    I only have 5 weeks or treatment left and I am out of sick leave at the end of July.     I am quitting treatment.  I will call my doctor on Monday and inform him that I am quitting.       

 

Insomnia started this week.  I have a continuous menstrual cycle due to the low platelet count.  I am not doing this anymore.    I need to return to work and normality.      I saw my doctor yesterday.    Brain fog has returned too.    They cut my thyroid medication because they think I am within TSH limits.     

 

This has been a huge financial strain. 

 

 

Is there a certain way to quit treatment?    --
