I just wanted to say how fascinating and valuable I found this

anecdotal data, because it precisely fits the idea that raw brassicas

can be a problem because of the goitrogens that mess with the thyroid

(explaining the coldness...). And of course ala NT fermenting or

cooking solves the problem.
