Parking will

be in the Clairmont Campus Parking Deck. Stay straight when you enter the

Clairmont Campus, and the parking deck will be on your left. To walk to the Autism Center,

proceed back toward the campus entrance and take a left onto Shoup Court. Walk up the hill and the Autism Center

will be on your right.

Seminar will walk

families thru the KB application step by step. This is for families new

to the KB waiver and those who want to reapply or appeal.

A VERY brief

overview of the NOW/COMP Waivers will be mentioned.

*The seminar

itself is FREE. A copy of the actual slide presentation

is available for a $5 copy fee and a copy of the Deeming Waiver application

forms is available for $5.00 and must be requested in advance ($10.00 total).

We will do

our best to accommodate walk-ins, but will not be able to guarantee handouts

and/or seating for those who do not RSVP.

**NOTE** If you do

not already have a KB application packet, please stop by your County DFAC’s

office This will make the seminar much more beneficial to you. Each County has

their own specific form requirements.
