If you don't notice the difference you need to learn how. ===== also, the wild oats brand whey protein is horrible. i can use the lef whey protein, which is cold process, but i am not allergic to the added ingredients, which some folks here are. someone else, who had sensitivities to lecithin, for example, might not like the lef product at all, but it is fine for me. i can not sustain the price of imuplus or immunocal indefinitely, so that is why i went to the trouble of finding another product that would work for me. but in order to be sure it is right for you, you should also try imuplus and immunocal, which are made by the GOLD STANDARD, to contrast your reactions. i did not see any difference in me between the three i have used, and i also think the plain jarrow brand is ok, but i still have to try the bottle i bought of it. will let you all know someday. when i tried the wild oats brand, it coated my tongue, my throat was sore, and it looked like i was growing moss, probably encouraged yeasties to take over..... i had run out of lef, forgot to order, so i bought what looked ok, YUCK. alternatives must be examined carefully. if you do not have the time or patience to examine carefully, stick to the top two. nancy mcfadden
