Guest guest
Hi All, I have a 5 year old nephew who was drinking pasturized organic whole milk with no problems. His mother read the Sally's book and decided to start him out on raw organic milk. About a week into drinking raw milk he started getting a rash on his hands, wrists. She didn't stop the milk. But the rash got worse. Looked like a combination of eczema and raw red burnt skin? He also seems very gassy. She has stopped the milk to see if his rash makes a difference and his skin improved. This is a shame since the raw milk is healthier. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be happening when he drinks raw organic milk? He a really good eater. Hates candy or anything sweet. Loves vegs and fuits. TIA -Opal
Guest guest
Could be related to the diet of the animal. We had problems with allergy symptoms after getting raw milk from a dairy that occasionally used a supplement for their cows which contained soy. She might want to ask questions on exactly what the animals have been fed.
