Hi, does anyone use a reliable sitter for their child on autism spectrum. My husband and I want to go away for a weekend. My son, one of four is recovering and has asperger's/mild autism. I have found some people advertising themselves but would love to hear from someone who knows of someone they trust, with experience.

Hi, thanks for info. I've contacted her. I'm waiting for her to get back in contact.

Does anyone else in the area have any sitters they can refer??? We have a weekend planned and I've not been able to firm anyone to watch my kids, two of which are self sufficient 13 and 15 yr olds. I just don't want to leave them the responsibility of my 8 and 9 yr old boys, 1 typical, 1 Aspergers.
