Guest guest
I could probably eat a few lemon bars too if they were in front of me. However, after being bad, you need to go back to eating right. Start with cardio and then decide the next day that you are going to do half your weight workout. If you don't feel like finishing, don't do it. Most likely if you start you will finish. You need to get all bad food out of your house. Throw it in the trash and put some dog poop or something over it so you don't try to get it back out. Then, go to the store (after you have eating a decent meal) and buy a bunch of authorized food and start eating right. We can yell at you and encourage you, but it is going to be up to you to get back on track or your free weeks are gong to turn into a month or longer. Do you think there is something that is stopping you from beginning your next challenge? Andyman > Hi all. Just wanted to check in. Fortunately or unfortunately I'm > still enjoying free week.
