Where can we find this in the budget?

You can go to the dch budget for 2012.  It is on page 39. Item 14.  See link below.

Please note that the proposed DCH (Department of Community Health) budget for fiscal year 2012, includes the following:  implement new copayments for members enrolled in the TEFRA option. TEFRA is the Beckett Deeming Waiver.

Families of children receiving Medicaid services through the Beckett Deeming Waiver and the advocates and professionals that support them should let DCH, the Governor and their legislators know how these copayments will affect their families.
