news. I went in to the local hospital for my 6 month blood draw, and decided

to hit the scale

while I was there. For the first time in over 10 years, I haved finally

dipped below the 300#

mark. I weighed a svelt 298 pounds

Wow, Roy. I am so proud of you. That is a great accomplishment.

Everything is relative, so be sure and take lots of pictures for your album.

I just hit the weight that I was the day after I delivered my third child,

175 lbs. This was in 1975. I remember then thinking I was so huge but in

hindsight I am happy to be this far down. I am at a plateau. I was this weight

on Thanksgiving morning. Darn, I had better get back to exercising. I had

some surgery the week before Thanksgiving and that surgeon said I could easily

weigh 100 lbs. Yikes, is that possible? I thought 140 would be fine.

I know about those plateau's

Ive been at 218-220 lbs

for a long time, but its ok for me, I will be down abit when Herbie

is no more, In a 3 weeks YEA!!!!!!
