Cow Purchase and Boarding Agreement

I was just reviewing all the info on the realmilk.com site concerning the

law in Wisconsin and all the troubles Tim Wightman went through.

Does anyone on this list know of any arrangements similar to horse boarding

agreements?

I was thinking of selling the cow to the new owner and charging them for

milking and boarding their cow. They would get all the milk from their own

cow.

I would like some feedback before I go to the effort of running the numbers

on it.
