Guest guest
Hi, I hope the moderator doesn't consider this spam or solicitation because i don't mean it to be. AIT has become very expensive. I am the founder of MIracle Mountain in NC but we have retired and closed the center. We have done AIT for 10 years, in fact, we required it with HBOT because of its effectiveness. I have seen some amazing results with it for autism. My wife, Judy, and I have a motor home we plan on spending a lot of time in and I still have my AIT equipment. AIT normally runs from $1400 to $1800 and it is difficult for many parents to afford it. In addition it is a 10 day program and most of the time, it is not convenient or close enough without staying away from home which adds more expense. At MIracle Mountain we provided therapies for HBOT and AIT almost at cost for over 22,000 treatments. I have a grandson with Cerebral Palsy which is the reason we did all this. We are now considering traveling to different areas for 2 weeks at a time and doing AIT for kids who normally cannot afford it or where there is none available and doing AIT at low cost. We only want to cover our expenses and would probably need at least 3 clients at a time to reduce the costs for everyone. We are considering charging $800 each with 2 people, and $600 each with 3 or more people. We have not made this decision and when I saw your post I thought it would be a good time to get some opinions and Georgia is within easy reach. We have the special equipment needed already and we especially miss working with kids. We have treated children from 19 countries and if we do this, it will cover our expenses and give us an opportunity to see the country which is why we bought our motor home. Let me know if this is of interest and it would be up to the clients to find other parents looking for AIT. It requires 2 sessions per day and we could do them to fit peoples schedules. We were set up and worked with belle Stahley who is the Mother of an autistic child and she introduced Dr. Barard and AIT into the USA. This is not a solicitation, so don't blast me for trying to drum up business. This is something we love and we may even do some free treatments if we can cover our expenses. Not looking for profit. I am 67 years old and there are parents on this list who have been to Miracle Mountain with their kids and I think they will vouch for us. I am just thinking out loud and would like some feedback on whether this would be helpful. It is not something we have to do and I have a buyer for my AIT equipment but I thought this might be an opportunity to help a lot of children without hard work. You can email me privately if you like. Hartsoe rhartsoe@ skybest.com

Guest guest
That's good to know, . We will probably not come to the Atlanta area then. We only want to go to areas where there is no AIT and it may be too far to travel to do a 2x a day program. And we specialize in working with parents who cannot afford regular rates and the travel needed to go to AIT centers. I know you have seen some great results with autism also. It is very gratifying to be able to see these results and know you were able to help someone that much. We really miss that about Miracle Mountain. Guest guest
I can vouch for !! , is there a certain type of AIT you used at MM?? My son was helped very much by it and I wanted to repeat but wanted the exact system you have bc it was so successful for him. I believe he's more focused and better behaved due to the AIT. I wish u guys were still there, we were just getting started. We are going to put our application in for stem cells in DR too so hoping for the best. I wish you all the luck in the world with your and Judy's!! Sincerely, R Re: AIT (Auditory Integration Therapy) That's good to know, . We will probably not come to the Atlanta area then. Guest guest
This post is not portraying AIT in a good light. K&L Solutions offer AIT in Georgia. We work with families to make it happen. Every family has their story, and we honor that. I apologize to you for not receiving a refund for services you did not receive. However, AIT is very valuable for many children. Guest guest
You have no idea what the situation is and it does not involve AIT. You are taking advantage of this post to try to lean business in your direction. Cammy is using this forum to try embarass us into doing something. Judy has been in contact with her aunt about this situation and Mrs. Odom understands the situation. This is something that happened almost 3 years ago and the Odoms had HBOT available to them which is what this payment was for. It has always been available and Ms. Odom understood that. They chose to go elsewhere for HBOT after paying in advance at MM. Cammy also failed to tell you about the special discounts and free treatments she received by us. When people choose these forums to try to embarass others, it is unfortunate. But it happens. Cammy, you need to talk to your Aunt about this. You only pushed the issue after you realized MM was no longer available for you to take advantage of. There will be no refund and we proudly stand by everything we have done in the past 11 years. In addition, Judy and I have never recieved a paycheck for our services. Hartsoe

You do not have any right to that money and they are under tremendous financial stess. You are taking advantage of her and YOU KNOW IT! I'm sure the people in here want to know how you do business - in your own words... Cammy > > You have no idea what the situation is and it does not involve AIT. Guest guest
Cammy, Number 1........... the people on this list do not need to be involved in this. In my experience, most people would rather you take it off list. They do not have all the details and are probably not at all interested. Number 2........... We provided you with many treatments for your daughter at no cost. Would you like a refund for those? Number 3........... Judy called your aunt to explain to her that Miracle Mountain had closed, mainly because it could not operate without me taking money from my pocket to put into it. The rates we were charging were too low to pay the overhead. When we retired, we had to give it up because no one would take it over at the rates we were charging and we refused to let the rates go up because of parents like yourself who could not afford to go elsewhere. When your aunt originally called, it was explained to her that she could still get the treatments and that after a certain period of time, the funds were only returnable through treatments. She had that auction for over 2 years and did not take advantage of it. She only asked for a refund after we closed the center. Number 4........... The way I did business was to never turn away a child because of parents inability to pay, including you. We provided over 22,000 treatments in 10 years to children from 19 countries. I no longer do business. I considered providing AIT at a very low cost in areas of the USA from our motorhome, but frankly, I no longer have any desire to deal with parents like yourself who are unappreciative. The stress level is something I no longer need. You are going to different lists trying to embarass me but that is ok. I stand firmly on my convictions with the knowledge that if you are the only dissatisfied client out of 22,000 treatments, I must have done something wrong. Number 5...........I will not answer any more posts on this subject as it is very off subject and disrespectful to this list. My reputation with other parents on this list who have been to MM stands. I have already received some emails from them thanking me for my past service and I appreciate them respecting the list and me by not posting directly. I will pray for you and your family. If any of you feel I have wronged you, I do ask your forgiveness and I want you to know I forgive you. My apologies to the list for posting off topic. Guest guest
1. You don't respond to private e-mails regarding this matter. 2. If you're on here pushing your services, people should know that if you decide to close business (due to your health problems) you will keep their money and act like it's ok. 3. You DID NOT notify my aunt that Miracle Mountain was closing and you DID NOT refund the money on her account. YOU kept it. Have you honestly thought about what you have did regarding this and think it's honest business?? What did you provide for $2500??? Guest guest
If you had any shame you'd be ashamed of yourself. My uncle is a quadraplegic & has no way to try and get the money back! But YOU know that don't you???!!! Cammy > > Cammy, > Number 1........... the people on this list do not need to be involved > in this. Guest guest
as of June 5, 2011 - no refund of fees from Hartsoe. Not surprised, but disappointed. You can give all your explainations to God .
