Gretings to all. I am a new memer to Raw dairy. I have just recently begun purchasing raw milk from my local natural store. I hav ealways hated the taste of "regualr" milk and have found that I enjoy the raw milk immensly. Unfortunatly my last purchase did not go so well.... I purchased 2-1/2 gallons last Tuesday. The unsealed gallon was begining to sour last night. It was a thick consistancy. I keep my fridge fairly cold so I do not believe it was a temerature things, so I am wondering about the longevity of raw milk. The date on the container is todays. Is this an actual expiration date, not a sell by date as is on "normal" milk? If so, any reccomendations on making sure it makes it that long. And is there anythign usefull I can do with this 1/2 gallon now tha tit is turning on me? Thank so much for all your help!
